Return Process:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Once the refund request is approved we will refund your amount and it will get credited in your account within 3 days in original payment method
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- A restocking fee may be applied to some returns.
Exchanges:
